Terms of Service

These terms describe the agreement between you and Cercone Exteriors when you request a consultation or engage us for roofing, siding, decking or repair work. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. As noted in our contracts, a wood clause applies because rotted wood beneath a roof or deck frame cannot be confirmed until tear down, and any required replacement is billed as a clearly stated change addendum. All work is performed by trained installers with every required permit pulled, and carries our 10-year workmanship warranty plus the applicable manufacturer warranty.
